As sales manager, Lori meets with families to help them select a memorial for themselves or a loved one who has already passed. Lori makes sure shipments come in correctly and keeps the office running smoothly.

Her first experience with grief outside of her family opened Lori’s eyes to the importance of being a good listener and showing compassion. Sometimes her job becomes emotional not just for the customer, but for Lori too. She says, “I’m a no-pressure salesperson. I’m honest about what works with certain granites, and I strive to lead customers to the choice that will produce the best product for them, not for me.”  

Lori’s family moved to Montezuma when she was in 8th grade. She attended school, graduated, married her husband Kelly and raised her three daughters in Montezuma. She loves small town values and community.  “You will always be welcomed with a big hello and a smile here,” she assures visitors.
